Send Resume to [EMAIL PROTECTED] PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES: This position involves a combination of roles primarily geared towards systems administration but also into varying areas of: problem analysis and resolution, database optimization, code analysis, administration and scripting, web development, system analysis, technical writing, and technical liaison.
The position includes primary management of large ColdFusion SQL Server customers in a high end geographically diverse clustered environment. Systems include Windows 2000 Server, Windows 2003 Servers, SQL Server 2000, Cisco, Foundry, and a bit of Linux. Candidate must have ability to juggle multiple projects/problems simultaneously. The applicant will need to be able to diagnose problems, determine cause across a broad range of systems, and bring appropriate internal resources to bear to resolve the issue and document resolutions in a knowledge base. Regardless of the technology used, the applicant must have a good broad knowledge of IT systems related to our environment. The applicant must also be willing and able to learn new technologies. The position also requires candidate to be on an on-call rotation schedule.
