Cold Fusion w /ASP Web Developer- pays up to 97,000- Must be a US Citizen
Brand new, long term project supporting the Army in maintaining and
enhancing information technology systems and enterprise applications.
Specific web application support includes the development of automated
tutorials for their business applications and other electronic graphic
and multimedia support as requested by the Government. Work site:
Ballston in Arlington, VA
Required:
1) At least 5 years professional experience developing and maintaining
web-based applications, including:
? At least 5 years experience with ColdFusion.
? At least 4 years experience with ASP or ASP.NET.
2) At least 3 years of in-depth SQL Server experience, including:
? Programming with SQL to create stored procedures, triggers,
user-defined functions, and complex SQL statements.
3) At least 2 years experience with full life cycle development or
maintenance in a Software Engineering capacity, including:
? Consulting with clients to define needs or problems.
? Active involvement in the design and implementation of software
applications.
? Ability to generate technical documentation.
4) Consultant oriented skills and responsibilities, including:
? Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, and writing skills.
? Experience working directly with customers.
Highly desirable:
1) Experience developing Macromedia Flash presentations to develop
automated tutorials.
2) Working in a development environment that uses Capability
Maturity Model (CMM) best practices or a similar methodology. Ideally,
experience developing CMM (at least Level 2 or 3) or CMMI configuration
management processes and procedures, defining, maintaining and
implementing Configuration Management policies and procedures, and
managing the configuration of software development environments and
artifacts.
Desirable:
1) Experience administering and managing business applications
systems, performing systems analysis, providing advice and technical
support.
2) Experience developing applications using Lotus Notes, Lotus
Domino, and Adobe Acrobat.
