Must be advanced level programming and documentation skills with ColdFusion MX (Windows platform) applications. Must also be experienced with Microsoft SQL. Server, Structured Query Language (SQL), and relational database design. Participate in full system development life cycle activities including analysis, application design, database design, data modeling, development and testing. Learn the application specific business rules and ensure their compliance and consistent enforcement throughout the design & development phases. Identify, develop, document and publish all workflow processes and procedures associated with the performance of the project tasks. Prepare and conduct both design and code reviews. Maintain ongoing client relationship. Assist with development estimates during planning phase. Mentor/assist junior-mid level developers. MANDATORY SKILLS/EXPERIENCE: 3+ years of web programming experience in Cold Fusion. 3+ years in HTML, JavaScript, Cascading Style Sheets and MS-SQL, Dream Weaver/Home site. Ability to design and develop functional web sites and web. Applications understanding usability. Ability to create quality technical documentation. Oracle database experience a plus. Health sector and HIPPA requirements knowledge a PLUS +++ Required: Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems or equivalent technical experience.
