Position 

As the Sr. Product Marketing Manager for the ColdFusion business you will drive 
pipeline, revenue growth and market share through planning, development and 
execution of market awareness programs, sales enablement, channel development, 
product launches, and partner programs.  This individual will work closely with 
product management to solve critical customer problems and meet customer needs 
through the ongoing development of the ColdFusion server platform.  You will be 
a visible spokesperson for ColdFusion with customers, press, analysts, business 
and technology forums.

Responsibilities
•Develop and execute focused go-to-market plans for the ColdFusion product 
line
•Manage the business for cold fusion – budgets, forecasting and quarterly 
business reporting
•Lead the development and delivery of messaging and positioning
•Plan, develop and maintain sales tools
•Develop and provide all sales and channel readiness training
•Develop demand generation strategies and programs and work with programs 
team to facilitate implementation 
•Active monitoring of sales pipeline to develop trend analysis and win/loss 
reports
•Manage product launch process for new product introductions
•Work with product management to define products to meet business needs and 
to develop a rich set of product launch materials to support launch
•Work with corporate marketing to set global marketing strategy

Requirements
•7+ years experience in software product marketing and/or product management
•Experience in the volume software business
•Deep understanding of the Internet and the software that enables it
•Masters or Bachelor degree from accredited university in Business or 
Computer Science
•Outstanding project management and written communication skills
•Excellent verbal communications and financial skills
•Strong leadership, planning and organization
•Ability to work independently
•Travel required.
