SKILLS REQUIREMENTS: * Strong system development and maintenance experience: 7-10 years * ColdFusion experience: minimum 4-6 years (must have worked on Mx 6.1 version) * Oracle DB experience: 2-3 years * SQL Server experience: 1-2 years * Flash programming: 2-3 years * Java Experience: 1-2 years (preferable) * Experience with Microsoft IIS * Strong experience with solutions architecture, systems analysis and design of real-time, high performance web applications * Must be a driver of implementing design and coding best practices in the team * Good knowledge and experience in following formal SDLC phases * Good requirements gathering and system documentation skills * Application maintenance, support and troubleshooting experience is highly desirable * Strong client management, liaison, and interaction skills * Experience of working in a multi-cultural onshore-offshore environment is preferred. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: * Provide hands-on technical leadership to the overall onsite team. * Augment development capacity in the team, as required. * The Tech Lead will require to have constant client interaction. * Principal point of contact between the offshore team and the client. * Escalation point and when required, facilitator for any issue resolution. * Provide clarity on work requirements, discuss with subject matter experts to resolve queries and clarify issues. * Coordinate with business users for UAT and client acceptance.
