I'm looking to bring on board a junior to mid level developer to focus on java and j2ee development. I'm not looking for expert or senior level developer. The position will provide a ton of hands on experience with cf/J2EE development. The canidate MUST have: 1. A strong understanding of OO concepts 2. Solid understanding of the core java APIs 3. Knowledge of common development tools (JUnit, Ant, etc.) 4. Enthusiam for open source JAVA development The projects you will be working on initially involve Hibernate, Spring and possibly WebWork. The salary will be based on experience.
