You will manage a team of 6-10 developers to improve their productivity and skills. You will work closely with the Project Manager to insure that the developers are working effectively and are happy in their work.
Responsibilities: Lead, Inspire and motivate development team via weekly individual meetings and by management by walking around. Hire new team members. Discipline and firing when necessary. Do quarterly performance reviews. Responsible for team reaching billable hour target each week. Responsible for team getting their agreed to, or renegotiated tasks done each week. Other responsibilities depending on your skills to potentially include one of marketing, sales, development or admin.
