We are currently seeking 8 developers to add to the IT team that supports the incentive rewards fulfillment engine. Hired individuals will perform a variety of complex programming tasks such as designing, documenting and coding program logic to enhance all related services within this robust system. You will prepare system and programming documentation, provide support of the system, develop code according to specifications and conduct unit testing. One service within the fulfillment engine is a front-end ordering tool which is web-based, currently in ColdFusion but moving toward J2EE and BEA WebLogic. We are also looking for a strong individual who has a broad technical base who can join our elite team in production support. This group supports every one of the six services that make up the overall fulfillment engine. There are many other exciting opportunities. You will provide estimates of work effort for client projects and system enhancements. Also expect to function as a technical resource for other team members. Analyzing new systems/technologies in order to meet internal and external user requirements will be an ongoing expectation. A qualified candidate must be willing to quickly learn new technologies and be able to manage more than one design or development project at a time. We are looking for strong resources who can maximize output in both a team environment as well as on individual projects. EOE M/F/D/V *Requirements: * 3+ years of experience in technology with strength in one or many of the following skills: *Java*/J2EE, BEA WebLogic, ColdFusion, Oracle, PL/SQL and PowerBuilder.
