I'm an experienced developer who has brandished many TLAs in the efforts to create websites for many companies both locally and internationally - full details available upon request. Highlights include: a multi-lingual content management and shopping cart system for an international computer systems firm, redesigned two aged 7-step enrollment & 4-step ordering processes into a unified Web 2.0-enabled cute-ified easy-peasy (lemon-squeezy optional) two step process, developed a home-brew extensible code framework, and have contributed to several open source applications over the years. Along with the expected though potent HTML, CSS and Javascript skills, I work well with both ColdFusion and PHP using either MySQL or MS SQL Server, have dabbled in ASP, Perl and Python in the past, have started on a journey into Ruby-on-Rails, have also done much server & network administration on both Linux and Windows, and have the ear of a local graphic designer should my rudimentary graphics skills fall short. In short, aside from rewriting your multi-platform aviation suite or fixing your washing machine I can get projects done, occasionally recruiting others where needed. Just to reiterate, though, I'm not after earth shattering, world changing projects right now, just smaller nuggets to help cover expenses so my wife can continue to stay at home to rear our first child while she continues developing our second :) Per project or per hour pricing available, and am willing to do pro bono investigatory work prior to full commitment if needed.
