Qualifications: Bachelor's degree (master's preferred) in information technology, technology engineering, or related field plus 5 years' progressive experience with information systems development, one with systems development architectures, practices, and tools. Knowledge of principles and practices of full life-cycle system development methodologies, integration techniques, system architectures, and of technical project management to include planning, budgeting, and monitoring. Skill in oral and written communications. Ability to translate defined business needs and requirements into technical specifications and to facilitate process design sessions.
