You will team up with a Senior Developer/Project Leader to rewrite and re-engineer a critical, enterprise wide application using ColdFusion MX and other web tools [.NET platform]. You will be instrumental, over time, in helping to build a ColdFusion competency center for our client and provide code standards and development practices that will extend to the entire software development effort throughout the U.S. operation. This is an exciting, legitimately ground floor opportunity that doesn't come along that often in Philadelphia. What you'll need to qualify: - High level of professionalism and skill with the desire to own a project and make it yours. - 2 to 4 years of ColdFusion development experience [preferably MX]. - Related web applications design experience in a .NET environment. - Related experience with SQL, FuseBox, ColdSpring, ModelGlue highly desirable. - An analytical mind with a people person demeanor. - Ability to work longer hours when required [and it will be required]. - An ego that allows you to be a part of something bigger than yourself and to defer the bigger $$$ you know you're worth in favor of a project that will put a smile on your face because you were such an important part of its ultimate success.
