Summary This Web Development position will work closely with the product development team implementing applications for external and internal company products. Position is responsible for content changes, implementation of websites, and maintenance of existing properties.
Duties and Responsibilities include: HTML: â¢Create standards-conformant HTML that renders as properly as possible in the broadest possible selection of browsers â¢Create Cascading Style Sheets to permit rapid changes to sites, and rapid creation of standardized pages. â¢Create JavaScript to support client functionality on our sites â¢Work with developers, designers, and users to create simple mockups for project documentation. â¢Take existing graphical designs and convert them to highly optimized css/xhtml. Coldfusion: â¢Work with Developers to create maintainable CFML pages that work closely with the technologies produced by the development staff. â¢Work within Fuse box methodology to quickly build out fuses and circuits for internal and external applications. â¢Work with Project Managers, Users, and Developers, to help define a functional flow for sites. â¢Work with Web Service layers to create, retrieve, and update data bound applications. â¢Utilize XML and XSLT to build out data bound web sites. â¢Utilize SQL Server 2000 via Transact SQL and Stored Procedures for data bound applications.
