Description Work within a small IT team web-enabling internal business processes and enhancing corporate websites. Collaborate with other web developers, oracle developers, marketing staff and system administrators in the development and support of web applications. This includes designing and implementing new web applications; integrating sites with a custom CRM application; and performing day-to-day administration of the organizations web portfolio. Responsibilities * Develop, QA test, debug, and document web applications built using ColdFusion (CFML), Oracle SQL, JavaScript, CSS and XHTML. * Diagnose and troubleshoot problems with existing web applications and sites. * Work with Oracle developers to enable web interaction with custom CRM database. * Ensure security of all web sites and related applications. * Perform periodic web site audits. * May perform analytical work; identifying, recommending, and prioritizing new web features and applications under guidance of department manager. Position Requirements * Bachelor's degree in a related field and 1 to 3 years relevant work experience. * In-depth knowledge of CFML, JavaScript, SQL, HTML, XHTML, CSS, Dreamweaver 8. * Experience working with CFCs and custom CF tags. * Understanding of application development methodologies, such as application prototyping, and various agile methodologies. * Experience building interactive corporate web sites from wireframes and graphic designs. * Experience analyzing and transforming high level business requirements into functional code. * Good interpersonal skills * Willingness to collaborate with team members, placing the organization's and project goals first. * Ability to work independently when needed. * Ability to adapt to and learn new technologies and programming languages quickly. * Highly self motivated and directed with a keen attention to detail. * Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment. * Experience working in a volatile project environment. * Experience with Flash, web design and Contribute 3 is a bonus. * Experience calling Oracle stored procedures from CFML is a great plus.
