Position Title: Senior Developer II

Position Summary: Ensures the success of new product development and
enhancements by utilizing standard coding and project planning
procedures.

Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities

1. New Product Development and Enhancements
2. Develops new Triple Creek products by:
 - Using standard coding and systems procedures
 - Working with the Development Team (i.e., President, VP of IT,
Senior Manager of Product Development and Senior Developer II) to
understand requirements, project plan, and expectations for
implementation.
 - Creating functional requirements scope and diagrams.
 - Developing and managing to a detailed, task level project plan.
3. Minimizes new product and enhancement implementation delays by
proactively developing risk mitigation approaches and escalating
identified issues to the appropriate internal resources (i.e., Senior
Manager of Product Development, VP of IT, and President).
4. Identifies potential new products and enhancements by recognizing
strategic connections between ad-hoc customization requests made by
multiple clients.
5. Maintains client security functionality by utilizing industry
standard single sign-on technology.
6. Maintains an internal development environment server to industry
standards by actively identifying and resolving issues of concern
related to versioning and database structure.

Additional Responsibilities

Maintains a spirit of teamwork and cooperation at Triple Creek by
completing ad-hoc tasks that are not included under Key
Accountabilities & Responsibilities.

Essential Skills
 - Highly advanced Cold Fusion development skills in conjunction with
web-application development.
 - Advanced SQL Server development skills.
 - Experience in implementing and maintaining development servers,
versioning software, and related issues.
 - Project scoping and planning skills to develop and manage to
detailed work plans.
 - Moderate experience with Microsoft Visio experience.
 - Interpersonal and verbal communication skills to interact with
internal staff.
 - Problem-solving skills to identify creative solutions for new
product development and enhancements to current products.

Qualifications
 - Certification level programming experience (6+ years) in Cold
Fusion, including 6.1.
 - Four years experience developing with Fusebox methodology.
 - Expert proficiency (4+ years) in database design with hands on
production and work experience with MS SQL Server.
 - Must have a high competency level in general web programming, web
protocol, and scripting languages including the following: HTML, (with
the ability to hand code HTML) D/HTML, Javascript, Visual Sourcesafe,
and HTTP Post.
 - Proficiency integrating computer hardware into development servers
and managing subcontracted hosting issues regarding security and
uptime.
 - Degree in computer science or MIS; can be substituted with 5 years
work experience in computer field plus Cold Fusion certification.
