Qualifications a.. Have successfully and energetically completed at least four (4) or more years of advanced software systems development; b.. Exhibit mastery of at least two of the following development or scripting languages (ColdFusion, ASP (VBScript), Java, PERL, VB, C/C++); c.. Show familiarity with database development techniques using at least one enterprise-level database platform; d.. Demonstrate high levels of maturity, responsibility, and integrity; e.. Demonstrate acceptable management and leadership skills; f.. Actively seek the position and be willing to fulfill the responsibilities of the position; g.. Continue to develop his or her technical and management skill sets through self-initiated and/or self-motivated training; and h.. Possess well-developed English-language communications skills - both written and oral. In addition to the required attributes, a candidate for a Senior Developer position should be: a..
