Responsibilities: - Plan, test, develop, implement, debug and support web-based business applications - Analyze, determine, and utilize creative problem solving abilities in approaching developmental tasks - Work effectively with all business units and work closely with project manager and other team members to meet deadlines and reach departmental goals - Leverage experience, foresight and analytical skills to efficiently find solutions in completing tasks Requirements: - 4 year degree in Computer Science or related discipline preferred - 5+ years of practical experience using ColdFusion, ColdFusion MX, Java Script, SQL; working knowledge of XML, Java, AJAX and Oracle a plus - Working knowledge of software development life cycle (analysis, design, coding, testing, debugging and documentation) - Experience working successfully with changing priorities and risk - demonstrated ability to learn and adapt to new technologies - Strong written and verbal communication skills - demonstrated experience in working with a team in the design and implementation of software solutions - A relentless self learner who thrives in a highly dynamic environment - Experience with GIS and related development tools is a plus Clear Capital's mission is to revolutionize and revitalize the real estate valuation industry by combining truly efficient applications of technology with unparalleled personal attention to customer needs.
