Dealerskins, a leading provider of Web applications and Web services to the automotive industry is seeking a Web Developer / Designer to join their dynamic development team in Nashville, TN. The ideal candidate is a mid to senior level developer with a primary skill-set in client-side and server-side Web technologies. Candidate will be responsible for helping in the creation, maintenance and improvement of the Dealerskins Web platform and all related tools and applications. Candidate will also participate in many cutting-edge projects in this important position.
Ideal candidate MUST meet the following criteria: · Positive, customer-focused, and team-oriented attitude · One or more years experience programming in a server-side language such as ColdFusion, PHP, Java, Ruby, or .NET · Excellent working knowledge of HTML, XHTML, and CSS · Experience with JavaScript and JavaScript frameworks such as jQuery, Prototype and/or Scriptaculous · Solid understanding of Flash application development including the ability to write ActionScript 2.0 · Ability to write highly optimized and readable code · Desire to be part of a strong development team encompassing industry-leaders · Strong written and verbal communication skills · Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced development environment · Ability to manage time effectively, meet project deadlines, and work independently Skills and Experience Considered a Plus But Not Required: · Experience with AJAX · Experience with SQL Server including basic SQL · Experience with Eclipse, and Eclipse-based plugins · Experience with Version Control software like CVS or Subversion · Experience with data-driven Flash development including Flash Remoting and Web Services · Experience with Adobe Flex 2 Dominion Enterprises offers a dynamic environment, excellent growth opportunities, competitive earnings and a comprehensive benefits package including a generous 401(k).
