Specific Responsibilities:
Undertake requirements analysis, specify, plan, design appropriate solutions to
support the business requirements of the department
Maintain and extend XXXXXX website portfolio and associated platforms
Develop and maintain the siteâs Content Management System
Interface with the Online Sales Dept. regarding online advertising and
sponsorship opportunities
Implement and manage operational source code management system
Establish an appropriate development methodology
Manage Junior Developer, Operations workload and workflow
Work closely with Technical Services Manager to ensure projects meet deadlines
Responsible for operational New Media development lifecycle of operational
systems including version releases, bug fixing and de-commissioning
Ensuring all work carried out is adequately tested and well-documented to
agreed standards
Provide ad-hoc technical advice and support to senior managers and others as
appropriate
