JOB DESCRIPTION:
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:*
* Update or develop a new routine for the applications mentioned.
* Using MAPPER the candidate will be required to program,
document, and test coding before it is turned over to the user.
* Using MAPPER, both manual and programming, the candidate will
be required to update, change or delete records in the data base.
* Using Cool Ice the programmer will be responsible for writing
interface programs between the two environments.
* Analyze the request; determine the approach to use to develop
the report.
* Work with users to design output and implement the request.
* Initial analysis, data structures and application
specifications required to initiate the coding, testing and
implementation phases.
* The overall project plan is dependent on the on-time of these
subprojects for integration of all three subsystems
* Create test cases based on user requirements, design
specifications, and test functionality.
* Work closely with business analytical staff to coordinate
testing and debugging.
* Review and document business requirements and create system
specifications.
* Review and document business requirements and create system

* Create/test prototypes prior to inclusion in design
specifications.
*MANDATORY Requirements
* * Four (4) years of experience defining and documenting user
requirements for enhancements to the web-based system, and functionality
for the system using Cool Ice/Cold Fusion or Crystal Report Writer, Web
Technology (XML, HTML)
* Four (4) years of experience with systems analysis and
development in a client/server or web based environment.
* Four (4) years of experience with MAPPER (Maintaining
Preparing, & Processing Executive Reports) 4GL software.
* Four (4) years of experience with Web-based systems using the
Microsoft Access, and Windows NT environment.
