Job Description/Mission Statement We are seeking an experienced ColdFusion Developer with PL/SQL skills to provide development, enhancement and maintenance of web-based business applications for both internal and external use employing a variety of advanced tools and GIS technologies. Primary Duties and Responsibilities ⢠Plan, develop, test, debug, implement, and support innovative web-based business applications ⢠Analyze, determine, and utilize creative problem solving abilities in approaching developmental tasks ⢠Work effectively with all business units and work closely with project manager and other team members to meet deadlines and reach departmental goals ⢠Leverage experience, foresight and analytical skills to efficiently find solutions in completing tasks Required Job Related Skills and Experience ⢠4 year degree in Computer Science or related discipline is preferred but not required ⢠Minimum of 5 years of practical experience using Cold Fusion, ColdFusion MX, JavaScript, XML, SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle; - working knowledge of Java, AJAX, Web Services, ActionScript, Flex is a plus ⢠Working knowledge of software development life cycle (analysis, design, coding, testing, debugging and documentation) ⢠Experience working successfully with changing priorities and risk - demonstrated ability to learn and adapt to new technologies ⢠Strong written and verbal communication skills - demonstrated experience in working with a team in the design and implementation of software solutions Additional Qualifications ⢠A relentless self learner who thrives in a highly dynamic environment ⢠Knowledge of or experience with GIS (Geographic Information Systems) is a plus Clear Capital's mission is to revolutionize and revitalize the real estate valuation industry by combining truly efficient applications of technology with unparalleled personal attention to customer needs.
