Seeking a Coldfusion developer for a permanent position. Work with a small, friendly web development team within a larger IT department to deliver and support high quality software products/solutions for a leading Australian investment bank. Located in the Melbourne CBD. The position entails:
* Develop small to large Coldfusion and Flex projects for large scale websites (both intranet and internet) * Technical support and assistance for our content maintenance team * Provide web application support to buisiness users * Pro-actively identify and resolve problem areas * Initiate application enhancements * Production system support (some after hours work is available) Technical Requirements: * Around 5 years experience with ColdFusion, or 5 years total experience in web other development technologies such as ASP, dot net or php including at least 2 years of recent experience in Cold Fusion 7 or 8. * Relevant tertiary education or suitable industry experience * Experience with RDBMS systems. Oracle most highly regarded but experience with MS SQL also desirable. * Experience with Microsoft Windows 2003, IIS web server and Coldfusion administration on large scale websites * Competence in JavaScript, AJAX, XML, HTML, DHTML, CSS. * Experience working with enterprise architecture, integration with Web Services, Java, JMS, MQ messaging * Adobe Flash or Flex competence desirable * 5+ years industry experience.
