Location: ⢠Suitland, MD Education/Experience: ⢠Masters Degree in Computer Science, Engineering (or related discipline) with 5 years experience in software development, or Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Engineering (or related discipline) with 7 years experience in software development. Description & Key Skills Required: ⢠Position for Designer ESB Applications must have experience in the following areas: ⢠Web Services design and development, JAVA and .NET programming, and Web development. ⢠The candidate must have working knowledge of the following standards and protocols: J2EE, SOAP, WSDL, UDDI, XML, W3C XML â encryption, W3C XML â signature, SAML, WS-Security, XSLT, WebDAV, and XHTML. ⢠Possess outstanding communication, defines, and executes software engineering activities within a project. ⢠Activities may consist of development planning, performance management, capacity planning, testing and validation, benchmarking, information engineering, and development and staffing. ⢠Responsibilities include participation in the technical review/evaluation of various projects, generation of formal presentations, and maintenance of thorough and accurate documentation. Must Have: ⢠Hands on SW development experience o J2EE o SOAP o WSDL o UDDI o XML o .NET Desirable Skillset: ⢠Hands on SW development experience ⢠Ability to perform any/all task within the software lifecycle (design, development, unit/class testing, maintenance, documentation) ⢠Ability to function as part of a development team to include the use of a version control system.
