Jr Coldfusion Developer (permanent or contract to hire)

We have an immediate need for a Coldfusion developer/designer with at
least 1 year of professional experience.  This position can be either
direct placement or contract to hire and is located in a suburb of
Chicago with a financially stable company that offers full benefits.  

Job Description:

You will be responsible for both New Development and Maintenance on
current Web content for customer facing, external Web site. 

* Ability to read and translate data, processes, and business models
into technical designs 
* Understanding of relational databases (Oracle or SQL Server) 
* Advanced understanding of troubleshooting, root-cause analysis,
application design, solution development, human factors, and
implementation of medium sized projects or major components of large
projects 
* Knowledge of network systems hardware and software practices and
technologies

Required:
Cold Fusion MX (or latest two versions 7/8) 
Java Script 
XML 
CSS 

Pluses:
XHMTL 
Photoshop 
Flash 
Flex
