A. Required Skills: - Software: Dreamweaver, Eclipse, FTP, Photoshop, Fireworks, Flash, Illustrator - CSS, HTML, XHTML, JavaScript, Cold Fusion 7-8, SQL, Action Script 3 - Strong User interface and design skills - Strong graphics development - Strong web page layout and design B. Degree Requirements: B.S./B.A. CIS/CS, or related media and graphics design degree C. Years of Experience: 2-3+ Experience developing online applications with ColdFusion 7 and up with an Oracle backend. The developer should have strong skills in full project life cycle from documentation and flow charting to design, development, and implementation. Experience with all aspects of web development is very important. The ability to design the front end including graphics and color coordination using CSS, HTML, and XHTML, as well as image manipulation programs will be extremely useful.
