This position requires US Citizenship for clearance purposes. Summary: Designs, builds, deploys and maintains web pages for the company or customer. Contributes to the web design group's efforts to specify, improve and implement the look, feel and function of online projects. Interfaces directly with users, in-house writers, graphic artists and engineers, as well as with outside freelancers/contractors. At a more senior level, may provide work leadership to lower level employees. Responsibilities: Position would provide both application software development support and sustaining engineering support for web-based systems using Cold Fusion and/or JAVA. Has the ability to work with customers (end-users, business unit managers, senior managers) to define requirements and manage issues surronding software development. Can effectively communicate with all levels of management, and fully informs management of pertinent issues and progress on projects. Qualifications: Experience with the System Development Life Cycle, CMMI and their processes. Have 5 years Cold Fusion, Database Design and Web Development experience. Experience with JAVA, SQL Server and/or Oracle is a plus.
