Green Card and US Citizens Only RESPONSIBILITIES: * Web Programming and Design o Development and maintenance of core application. o Configure public and private application modules and interfaces of the ai-evolution template. o Customize graphical design of client web site. o Convert and configure website content. o Load client data, forms, presentations and any other client specific documents or information. o Perform module testing to identify and correct configuration errors. o Develop web sites according to established software development guidelines and standards. * Application Maintenance o Update menus, content, images, banner ads, downloads and other custom features of a web site. o Document, log and resolve any programmatic or business logic bugs. o Update core system for any bugs founds in a client specific site. o Close/archive projects and sites upon completion of a job. * Administrative o Communicate with production team and clients regarding any change requests, system alterations, deadlines, status updates or support items. o Maintain project tracking system with any issues, features and activities. o Prepare written status reports as required identifying accomplishments, problem/issues, and future activities. o Provide email or telephone technical support for clients and system users. o Maintain central list of client sites, features, status, location and activity. o Create and update user documentation, FAQ's and help guides. * Other o Assist production team with other non-web based projects and services. o Travel to client meetings and shows to provide general and/or technical support. o Assist development team with quality assurance testing and documentation. TECHNICAL SKILLS: * 5-6 years of professional work experience using ColdFusion, HTML, CSS, XML & JavaScript. * Experience using SQL to access and manipulate data stored in a DBMS such as Microsoft SQL Server and MySQL. * Working knowledge of using graphical design and image editing tools such Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Fireworks. OTHER SKILLS/ATTRIBUTES: * Effective problem solving skills. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Task and project management skills with an ability to work on multiple projects while meeting aggressive deadlines. * Ability to work in a team environment and on solo projects while interacting with various user groups. * Desire to improve skill set through self learning and team member mentors. * Willingness to travel and support products and services.
