A government contractor is currently seeking a ColdFusion Web Application Developer for a full time position located in Chantilly, VA.
Educational Requirements: BS degree in Computer Science or related technical field. Qualifications: Candidates must have 3+ years experience with web development languages, including ColdFusion, XHTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Candidates must also possess a solid understanding of relational database design and development, preferably with Oracle experience. Knowledge of IIS and Windows-based web server administration is a plus. Experience with Web 2.0 methodologies and technologies (Ajax, Web Services, etc) would also be helpful. In addition to excellent technical skills, the job will require solid communication and organizational skills. Development and maintenance of applications will occur in conjunction with frequent ongoing support and training for end users. Candidates with an active TS//SCI clearance will be a given a strong preference, and ALL candidates must be clearable to this level.
