My current employer is looking for a CF shop (minimum of 4 developers). They prefer a company who has the ability to drive to our location (North Central Indiana) for meetings/etc. We have 5 in-house developers, but we are getting more projects than we can handle. Since our company won't hire more in-house devs, we need to find an outside CF shop to farm out some of the overflow. For the right shop, this could be a long-term opportunity.
