Our company is looking for up to 15 ColdFusion Developers who will work on the development team on both product oriented and client projects. The development team works on all phases of projects from planning to implementation and debugging. Job Responsibilities 1. Analysis, design, coding and testing of development projects 2. Develop new products, enhance existing products and support all products 3. Work in a team environment and bring new ideas to the table 4. Willingness to relocate and travel within India and abroad to USA, Europe, Australia, et al. Skills Requirements . Project experience in a fast paced environment. . Excellent written and verbal communication skills . 1 + years of ColdFusion experience for junior ColdFusion developer . 4 + years of ColdFusion experience in a fast-paced environment for senior ColdFusion developers. 7 + for post of Team Leaders. . Solid in all aspects of web development including HTML, Page Layout, basic image manipulation, JavaScript. . Ability to work in a team environment. . Solid Experience with SQL (mySQL or MS SQL) . Skilled in interpersonal communications and the use of positive win-win negotiations. . Proven ability to achieve departmental goals and deadlines while encouraging positive success-oriented thinking. . Positive problem-solving mentality that seeks solutions and improvements to processes to enhance the projects and the company. . History of success in overcoming obstacles in achieving department and company goals. Has worked on a project that required detailed analysis, new thinking and solution orientation. . Not mandatory however knowledge of Flex, Flash, ActionScript along with architectures like Fusebox, MVC, object oriented, or any other methodology is a plus.
