Hi,

I own a small web development company and am looking to develop a long term
relationship with a freelance ColdFusion developer who can take a specification
and implement a web application. I have a project ready to go (the design is
just about finalized and I should have the PSD slized up and the HTML/CSS
assets ready to go sometime this week). I would like to use this as an
opportunity to develop a long term relationship with a web developer. I'm

looking for the following:

1. Great communication skills. Since the work will be done remotely this is
key.
2. Strong ColdFusion programming skills along with experience using MySQL as a
database.
3. Experience with making front end output look good.

I'd ideally like to find someone who does freelancing full time and has been
doing this for some time.

If you are interested in having a conversation to see if you'd be a good fit
then please provide the following:

1. Hourly rate (to see if we're even in the same ballpark). You can provide a
range if you're more comfortable with that but I just need some idea so that I
can qualify whether we should talk.

2. Examples of web sites and web applications that you have worked on. If you
primarily work on private intranet type sites then it may still be worth us
talking but you'll really need to really sell your abilities to me.

3. Some information on your background either in the form of a resume or a few
paragraphs describing your work history. I've got a 7 page Word document
specification outlining all of the details of how the application for this
initial project will work. I have a background in programming so between the
Word document and a few initial discussions we should be able to just start
coding. So any examples of how you've built out sites based on a specification
document would be helpful.

Please contact me at [email protected] and put ""HouseOfFusion Response""
in the subject.

Thanks,
John
