We provide training, consulting and a suite of web tools to help clients be effective on a global scale. We have an opening on our technical team for someone who can support and grow our existing ColdFusion applications, as well as a new generation of Flash based eLearning applications.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: ï§ Working on the design, development and deployment of our web tools. ï§ Maintaining ColdFusion applications and developing new tools and functionality ï§ Assisting with prioritization and scheduling of maintenance and new project timelines. Qualifications include: Analysis Skills: ï§ Ability to understand business needs and lead the technical implementation ï§ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment ï§ Good written/oral skills a must ï§ Ability to follow functional specifications ï§ Respond responsibly to deadlines Technical skills: ï§ Must have a minimum of 3 years web development experience o Essential: ColdFusion MX 8/9, JavaScript and frameworks (jQuery, Prototype,..), CSS, XML, HTML. o Desired: Flex, ASP.NET / PHP, Ruby, Java ï§ Minimum of 3 years of SQL Server 2000-2005 or related experience, specifically: o Knowledge of TSQL ï§ Experience with deployment of applications from development/staging environments to production ï§ Knowledge setting up, configuring and maintaining servers (OS, web and application servers). ï§ Familiarity/experience with localization (foreign language adaptation) ï§ QA experience Compensation: Commensurate with qualifications and prior experience.
