Job Description:
Objective: Assist with development and maintenance of automated front-end and
back-end systems. Manage systems to ensure accuracy and stability. Maintain a
high level of quality and commitment to technical standards.
Responsibilities:
⢠Install and configure various support software
⢠Document and monitor existing and new systems
⢠Develop and maintain backup procedures policy for all systems
⢠Develop, debug and implement software code
⢠Troubleshoot new and existing software and systems
⢠Assist with training of non-technical personnel systems operation
⢠Work with outside vendors and clients to develop applications focused on
deployment of voice marketing and/or text messaging campaigns
⢠Provide regular status updates to management and to customers
⢠Attend regularly scheduled Client Planning and Technical meetings
Typical Projects:
⢠Set-up and maintain Broadcast Web/Telephony Services and associated demoâs
⢠Database set-up and maintenance: Operational Reference Database,
âPreferredâ Language Database including report generation.
⢠Internal development of Text Messaging capabilities (i.e. SMPP I/F
configuration and maintenance)
⢠Set-up and maintenance of company Website(s)
Technical Requirements & Experience:
We will provide limited training in areas you are less familiar with but you
must understand the basic concepts and also be willing and able to learn.
Programming - 2 to 6 yrs. experience with at least four of the following
languages:
HTML, XHTML, JavaScript, ASP Classic (VBScript, Jscript), Coldfusion /
Coldfusion MX,
SQL (TSQL, PSQL or ANSI), ASP.Net (VBScript.Net, C#), JSP, XML, XSL,
Must also have an overall understanding of Programming Languages in general,
e.g. C, C++, Java, etc.
Database â 1 to 2 yrs. experience with at least one of the following database
servers: MS-SQL Server, MySQL, Access
Operating Systems - 2+ years experience working with Windows
XP\Server2003\Server2008\Windows7 & Unix/Linux
Server Administration - Must have a basic understanding of how to set-up &
configure new and existing systems and applications
Location: Newport Beach
Compensation: 70,000 + Based upon education and Experience
