Quill Design LLC is a Springfield Missouri area ColdFusion web application development company that focuses on ecommerce solutions. Much of our business is driven by our flagship product SiteDirector an ecommerce platform. We are currently seeking a full time application developer with ColdFusion and Microsoft SQL 2005/2008 experience. This position is a telecommute position and qualified candidates must be self-motivated, communicate very well over phone and through online methods. Job Requirements * Strong knowledge of ColdFusion 8+. * Strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL 2005/2008 and T-SQL programming. * Experience working on enterprise level applications * Experience working with ColdFusion frameworks, preferably Fusebox and ColdBox. * Strong working knowledge with JQuery * Proficient with UI design aspects and CSS * A good understanding Object Oriented concepts * Experience with ColdSpring or similar IoC framework is a plus * Understand the principles of database design and modeling * Knowledge of testing on major browsers and exposure to cross-browser issues * Ability to work on and manage several projects concurrently and meet deadlines * Ability to stay on task and be a self starter * Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
