CF Webtools - Project Manager (Omaha) CF Webtools (http://www.cfwebtools.com) specializes in ColdFusion and Java development, project management, hosting, maintenance, server optimization and troubleshooting. We are actively seeking a project manager to join its growing team. Work with key stakeholders within multiple organizations to identify and implement technical projects of varying sizes. Create and maintain a project plan that communicates tasks, milestone dates and deliverables, status, dependencies and resource allocations. Manage customer relationships to insure accurate deliverables the meet or exceed expectations. Qualifications: * Minimum 1 year of IT Project Management Experience. * Previous experience as a developer highly recommended. * Degree in CS, MIS or commensurate experience * PMP Certification desirable. * Experience in creating an effective team environment, building strong relationships, negotiation, solving problems and issues, resolving conflicts, managing resources in a matrix environment and communicating effectively at all levels of an organization required. * Ability to resolve conflicts and drive issues to resolution * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Highly organized and detail oriented. * Ability to multi-task and work in a dynamic environment.
