⢠Develop new MIS applications and develop major enhancements to existing MIS applications according to specification and MIS development best practices. ⢠Work closely with application analysts and project managers in order to ensure that the new functionality meets the agencys business need and is thoroughly tested and debugged. ⢠Implement the new functionality in a production environment, quickly resolve any production issues that may arise, and transfer technical knowledge of the new functionality to production maintenance staff. Required Skills: ⢠Three to Five (3-5) years experience in development in a Coldfusion MX 6, 7, 8, .Net, VB.Net, Framework 2.0, 3.0, 3.5, Microsoft Reporting Services 2005. ⢠Three to Five (3-5) years experience in the use of Oracle 9i, 10g, MS SQL Server, version 2000 and 2005, and stored procedures. ⢠Three to Five (3-5) years experience in the understanding of web servers (IIS), application servers, and other elements of an internet/intranet infrastructure ⢠Two to Four (2-4) years experience in developing web applications using ASP.NET with C# as the programming language.
