Were looking for a superstar programmer with hands-on experience in modern web programming technologies (ruby, php, MySQL, etc), but experience with Java or Coldfusion is a big plus! Were looking for someone that can translate big ideas into practical applications. Youll be working on re-architecting our entire platform from soup to nuts to help take the company to the next level. The perfect programmer for us is someone with 3-5 years of experience, complete knowledge of OOP development and design patterns as well as a healthy sprinkle of MVC framework knowledge. Youve got to be able to solve complex business problems with that "yes we can" approach.
