The applicant must be a self-starting, go getter who and has a strong desire to coach and mentor. Must be comfortable working on full website build out and website maintenance tasks. Must be able to work on multiple simultaneous projects with a team.<br> <br> Requirements: <br> ? 6+ years experience developing web projects<br> ? 3+ years experience working as a lead or senior developer<br> ? Experience with ASP.Net and SharePoint 2010; familiarity with ColdFusion is a plus<br> ? Fluent in PHP and Drupal<br> ? Expertise with SQL, MySQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript and AJAX<br> ? Strong web development practices including 508C compliance, browser compatibility, code structure and commenting.<br> ? Experience with LAMP and IIS<br> ? Excellent time management, problem-solving and analytical skills.<br> ? Excellent communications skills including client communications.<br> <br> Responsibilities include:<br> ? Participate in scheduling, planning and estimating projects.<br> ? Coach, train, and mentor less senior developers. Work collaboratively to successfully complete all projects and to advance the skill level of the department.<br> ? Perform modifications and updates to existing design/user interface<br> ? Transform design from .psd to clean, accessible web template.<br> ? Set up and configure web hosting environment<br> ? Install and configure content management systems<br> ? Interpret project requirements and design a technical solution.<br> ?
