Education: BS in Computer Science or related discipline preferred Primary Duties and Responsibilities: ⢠Plan, develop, test, debug, implement, and support innovative web-based military & business applications ⢠Analyze, determine, and utilize creative problem solving abilities in approaching developmental tasks ⢠Work effectively with all business units and work closely with project manager and other team members to meet deadlines and reach departmental goals ⢠Leverage experience, foresight and analytical skills to efficiently find solutions in completing tasks PRequired Job Related Skills and Experience ⢠Bachelorâs degree in computer science or related discipline is preferred ⢠Minimum of three to five (3 - 5) years of practical experience using ColdFusion MX/8/9, JavaScript, AJAX, XML, SQL; working knowledge of Java, Web Services, gateways, Model-View-Controller (MVC), ActionScript, Flex, and SQL 2008 are all pluses ⢠Working knowledge of software development life cycle (analysis, design, coding, testing, debugging and documentation) ⢠Experience working successfully with changing priorities and risk - demonstrated ability to learn and adapt to new technologies ⢠Strong written and verbal communication skills - demonstrated experience in working with a team in the design and implementation of software solutions ⢠Agile software development experience is a plus Additional Qualifications ⢠A relentless self learner who thrives in a highly dynamic environment ⢠Prior military experience is desired ⢠Prior LSA, GEIA 0007, 1388-2B experience is desired.
