*Title:*
Front End Web Developer
*Summary:*
The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with ongoing
development across a range of applications and platforms. Candidate will
be assigned work on new and existing applications including new features
and bug fixes and will be expected to complete high quality code in a
timely manner. Candidates should have a demonstrated history of quality
front end development, good knowledge of debugging and testing, and an
understanding of Design Patterns. Furthermore, they are able to learn
quickly and be able to work unsupervised when needed.
*Responsibilities:*
Develop storyboards, interaction workflows, wireframes, and mockups
Implement page designs in standards-compliant, dynamic HTML, CSS and
JavaScript.
Write quality code in a timely manner.
Work closely with team to ensure smooth code integration.
Work with Lead Developer and Designers to ensure an exceptional user
experience.
Ensure code is consistently version controlled.
Take ownership of the code you write.
*Experience Guidelines:*
Experience with multiple JavaScript frameworks - jQuery / Sencha
Preferred
Outstanding experience in developing cross browser compatible HTML /
CSS
At least 2+ years experience using some form of backend server side
language (CFML, PHP,
.Net, RoR, etc)
Knowledge of source control (SVN, GIT).
*Bonus:*
Knowledge of Adobe ColdFusion
Knowledge of Adobe Flex.
Knowledge of Java.
Knowledge of both MySQL and MSSQL.
Experience with both Linux and IIS servers.
Experience installing and using Eclipse based products.
