Good Afternoon Namtek is a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business providing highly specialized security related IT solutions to the Department of Defense, Federal Government and Commercial sectors in the areas of Governance, Risk Management and Compliance. We need ColdFusion Developers! 6 Months, Contract-to-Hire. $60 per hour for the first 6 months, then 90K for a base salary. Responsibilities ● Create high-quality ColdFusion Web sites and CMS ● Provide technical expertise to complex software engineering problems ● Conduct and assist in design and development reviews ● Communicate and coordinate effectively with other engineers ● Provide assistance to other developers when necessary ● Provide assistance to customer support, documentation and quality assurance ● Participate in the entire Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) ● Execute according to best practices and standards Skills & Experience ● 3+ years of experience building Web applications (any combination of languages) ● 3+ years ColdFusion development experience ● 2+ years PHP and MySQL experience ● Understanding of CSS, HTML, JavaScript, jQuery and SQL Server ● Knowledge of XML, XSLT, XPATH and XML Schema ● Quick learner ● Ability to design and develop software in a group or independently ● Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills ● Bonus if you have any of the following: ○ Additional CMS experience (CommonSpot, SiteCore, Ektron) ○ ColdFusion Application Development ○ PHP Application Development Education / Training ● BS/BA in Computer Science, Math, Engineering, or another closely related field
