My direct client (based in Herndon, VA), whose name will be provided only to
top candidates (prior to any interviews), is seeking an on-site Cold Fusion
Developer to begin full-time permanent employment (W2) as soon as possible.
Additional details will be provided in the course of a short screening phone
call. Salary is open to negotiation.
Description:
- Responsible for designing, constructing, and maintaining new and existing
internal finance systems.
- Working either in a team or individually, expected to operate in all phases
of software development lifecycle.
- Expected to interface with stakeholders and end-users/clients to clarify
requirements.
- In addition to writing code to develop/maintain applications, will be
responsible for producing design, installation, and operational documents
consistent with my clientâs software development lifecycle methodology.
Requirements:
- U.S. Citizens only; must successfully complete a background check.
- Experience designing and developing Cold Fusion applications.
- Experience working with Oracle and SQL Server relational databases, in
addition to PL/SQL.
- Experience working with the Glassfish application server.
- Experience with data integration between custom-developed and COTS systems.
- Excellent systems analysis skills.
- Proficient at producing requirements and design documents.
- Preferred: Experience with JAMIS or other financial systems (CostPoint,
Oracle Financials, etc.).
