<DIV></DIV>&gt;Subject: CF4.5 and PostgreSQL
<DIV></DIV>&gt;Date: Thu, 21 Dec 2000 11:50:41 -0500
<DIV></DIV>&gt;
<DIV></DIV>&gt;Is anyone on this list using PostgreSQL Version 7 with ColdFusion? We
are
<DIV></DIV>&gt;currently experiencing problems using the <CFTRANSACTION>tag with the
Unix
<DIV></DIV>&gt;odbc driver that comes with ColdFusion 4.5. According to PostgreSQL
<DIV></DIV>&gt;documentation, Postgres supports READ_COMMITTED and SERIALIZABLE
transaction
<DIV></DIV>&gt;isolations. However, we receive errors when attempting create
ColdFusion
<DIV></DIV>&gt;transactions using these isolation levels.
<DIV></DIV>&gt;
<DIV></DIV>&gt;Do we need to upgrade the driver or install a PostgreSQL-specific ODBC
<DIV></DIV>&gt;driver?
<DIV></DIV>&gt;
<DIV></DIV>&gt;Any help would be appreciated.
<DIV></DIV>&gt;
<DIV></DIV>&gt;Thanks,
<DIV></DIV>&gt;
<DIV></DIV>&gt;Jason
