What does the SCO lawsuit have to do with this? I don't think you can
legally download and use the Enterprise version of Linux, at least in
production, unless you've paid a license for it, which starts at $350. I do
hope I'm wrong, but that seems to be what all the literature I've seen on
the topic suggests.

As for migrating, I'd be more inclined to move to the Enterprise version as
well, but was just making the point that it's no longer "free" like users
become accustomed to in the Red Hat world.
