I found a box lying around here that has FC4 on it. I checked it, and found
three things:

1. The SELinux is disabled.
2. There is a PostgreSQL version 8.03 installed on it.
3. The tclConfig.sh is missing.

I tried connecting to that PostgreSQL server using pgAdmin. I cannot. I
realized that I would not be able to connect if the tclConfig.sh is not there.
Is my assumption correct? If so, what should I do to fix it?

I installed ColdFusion MX 6.1 into the server. It installed fine. But then,
when I am starting it, it says: "There has been an error starting ColdFusion
MX, please check the logs." My question is: where are the logs? What is wrong?
