Hello, I've seen a few verity postings on this forum, but haven't quit run into the errors that we've been getting.
We recently decided to upgrade to CF& from CF6.1, We migrated over to a linux box (ubuntu install) We've got coldfusion running perfectly fine, but we keep running into problems with our verity collections. Some of the errors we have been getting up till this point include: When creating a new Collection in CFAdmin, we get a unable to create collection, and such, which we have notice is not an issue as the collections seem to get created regardless. The biggest issues seem to be the following errors: ******************************************************************************* There was a problem while attmpting to perform a search.------ Cannot find installation directory. We've created all the collections with language set to Englishx, we've broken down the collection to index 5 files, 4 .txt and 1 .pdf, we also created all the collections manually and restarted the service several times, and I can index and search from rcvdk (command line).
