I have installed Coldfusion MX "Standalone" mode.

I just got solution to my problem...
I complied mod_jrun20.so on my system and got it working..

I think this is the only way to get apache working with coldfusion on Redhat 
Enterprise versions.

Actualy I am setting Tomcat5.5 and Coldfusion 6.1 working with Apache.
Everything looks normal for now on my server.
