Your really easy and my really easy might n
ot be in the same boat.  Linux is not really my thing, however I did find a 
tech note that explained how to manually set up the apache connector and create 
the appropriate runtime files as it seems that wsconfig is not running 
correctly.  I got stumped when it said to extract the right file from 
wsconfig.jar.  How exactly do I do that?  The following is the link to the doc
