I am having a problem launching templates by use of the ColdFusion scheduler. The problem has been narrowed down to permissions on the server. The template I am trying to run is in a directory that does not have any restrictions, it is open to all users including accounts used by IIS. The template it's self also does not have any restrictions. Since there are no restrictions, I should not have to supply a username and password for the template to run. So far, the only way I can get a template to launch from the scheduler is to provide a username and password for a local account on the server that has admin. permissions. To meet audit requirements (I work for a financial firm) I cannot use an account that has admin rights. Has anyone else dealt with this issue and know what tweaking I need to do?
