I'm not positive, but I don't think you can access it programmatically. You can however access the CGI variables that can be output with the debugging options.
FYI, the list of files/templates that were run is in alphabetical order NOT in the order in which they ran. This can NOT be changed. I personally find the feature less than 100% useful because of the lack of sequential running of the files. I admit alphabetical could be helpful, but knowing the exact order of file calls would be nice.
