Dear all, I'd like to propose the following two standard names, which conform to the existing pattens.They represent the tendency for the mass fraction of cloud condensed water in GCMs. Their units are in 1/s. We hope to use these variables in the Cloud Feedback Model Intercomparison Project (CFMIP).
(1) tendency_of_mass_fraction_of_stratiform_cloud_liquid_water_in_air_ due_to_sedimentation (2) tendency_of_mass_fraction_of_stratiform_cloud_condensed_water_in_air_ _due_to_sedimentation_of_cloud_liquid_water The phrase '_of_cloud_liquid_water' is included in (2) in order to distinguish it from the 'sedimentation_of_cloud_ice'.
